Pre-Designed Tattoos are designs created by Amy. They are 1 of 1 and will be removed from rotation to ensure the uniqueness of your art. Matching tattoos can repeat artwork. Some small modifications can be made for an additional fee, subject to Amy's approval.

I understand the total cost for my Pre-Designed Tattoo will depend on the size, finish, placement, and tolerance of my body. I have read and agreed to the pricing guidelines View pricing guidelines

I understand there are no guests allowed at my tattoo session

I am at least 18 years old and will bring a current ID to my session

I will show up to my session on time, completely sober and in good health. Otherwise, my deposit will be forfeited and I will need to put down another deposit to reschedule for a later date

I accept that if I am more than 20 minutes late to my session, my deposit will be forefeited and I will need to put down another deposit to reschedule for a later date.

I understand I must put down a $175 deposit at the time of scheduling my session.
